Our Ride The Tide Headquarters is located at 7/22 Robson Street, Clontarf Queensland 4019.

We sell wholesale, direct to the public to ensure our customers get the best deal on paddle boards Australia wide.

We are open Monday to Saturday 9-1pm and any other time by appointment.

We are 100% wholesale to the public, not retail, and purely pass our huge savings onto our customers! Our customers are our No.1 priority.

We live close to our warehouse, so we are only a phone call away. Should you wish to view our boards outside of open hours please contact us! We'd love to meet you.

If you order online and select FREE pick up, let us know when you will be picking up your board in order notes. We will have it ready to collect and ready to get into the water for you!

For regional and rural areas, your order may take slightly longer than normal.

Some areas in Australia are classed as rural or regional and DO NOT fall into our available shipping options.

Rural & Regional areas vary State to state and postcode to postcode. These are determined by our freight carriers.

Rural or regional areas may incur additional freight charges on top of our free or flat rate charges.

Where your region is deemed to incur additional freight charges, we will contact you with your freight options and additional charges before delivery. You can then make a decision whether you’d like to proceed with your order, change delivery address to another party to avoid additional charges ie. A friend, relatives house or business address to collect from instead.

Delivery can only be to a physical residential or commercial business address (not a PO BOX address).

Our couriers will be delivering your order. This means that they have the authority to 'leave in a safe place' without a signature at your address. Please ensure there is a safe place to leave it.

All orders must be inspected immediately for damage and reported to us within 24 hours.

We can deliver to some international countries. Charges apply.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email from us including tracking details.
