How Can I Contact Ride The Tide?
From helping you with your board selection to having your new stand up paddle board delivered, we are 100% customer service driven and make sure our customers are always happy and confident in their purchases. Please call us anytime on 0403 549 702. We are more than happy to help.
Do You Ship Paddle Boards Australia Wide?
Yes, we offer flat rate, fast and secure Australia wide shipping on all of our products to metro locations. Check out our state delivery rates on our delivery page.
What if I live in a rural or regional area?
We have depot locations all over Australia. If you happen to live in a rural or regional area, your stand up paddle board can be easily shipped to the closest depot in your location for you to collect. Some deliveries to depots do have additional shipping charges due to their remote location. See our delivery page for depot locations and additional charges if applicable.
Can I make any changes to my order?
Yes you can, right up until the time your order is being packed. If you would like to make any changes, you will need to contact our friendly customer service team (available 7 days per week) on 0403 549 702. We cannot always guarantee changes, however we will always do our best to accommodate them.
Do you offer pre-orders on your products?
Pre-orders are available on our website. Please note when pre-ordering you are purchasing a product that is not yet available in our warehouse. Pre-orders are available on our website when the product is approximately four to eight weeks from being delivered to our warehouse. Times may vary. When the product arrives it will be shipped out to you as soon as possible. Pre-orders require full payment and no further offers or discounts apply to the purchase should they fall within the pre-order waiting and distribution period.
Can I find your boards in any retail stores?
We sell wholesale to the public and do not have our boards in any retail store. This keeps the prices down for our customers and makes our products competitIvely priced and affordable. We have a warehouse where we welcome the public to view and purchase our stand up paddle boards from and we also ship paddle boards Australia wide with Flat Rate shipping to metro areas.
How can I be confident in making such a huge purchase online?
