Occasionally cosmetic marks or imperfections occur during production because all our SUPS are handmade.

Cosmetic marks are in the design and can include minor scratches, timber veneer imperfections, minor compression indents or the fibreglass matting showing through the resin.

Cosmetic marks and imperfections can really bug us, as we strive for producing beautifully crafted paddle boards, but nothing is ever perfect!

Besides the minor flaws in the visual aspect of the board, the overall function and performance of a factory second board is 100% perfect.

Our 12 month warranty still applies to our factory second boards for manufacturing faults only.
