I live in WA so was very impressed by the packaging and delivery of my Retro board. I was also thankful for Dean’s advice on size of board etc. this is my second board so I wanted to get it right and I did. We have just come back from camping on the edge of a fresh water lake. I ordered my board at 9am on Tuesday, Wed was a PH, Australia day, arrived in Sydney around noon on Thursday. I work in logistics FT and to see that kind of involvement, was just awesome, especially as i have been waiting weeks for other deliveries. Thank you to all RTT staff and the freight Co used. Allows me to give it a test run Sat morning now :-)

My wife and I are first timers to SUPing, we ordered two boards after much research. Dean was great through the process, we expected delays after reading other reviews also adding Covid and shipping container issues. We ordered 2 retro SUP'S for our daughters for Christmas. We couldn't be any more thrilled with the boards. They look and feel amazing. Our kids were so excited and happy with their gifts. Dean and Cherie were also amazing with their customer service. Unfortunately there was a delay (out of their control) and we couldn't get the boards in time for Christmas, but they communicated so honestly and regularly with us about the delay and progress. They went above and beyond, sending the most beautiful vouchers for our girls for Christmas. Ride the Tide boards are awesome, but so is their customer service!

Great experience and overall a brilliant board thanks to Ride the Tide. Purchased the Woody Original and Broke it in at Enoggera Reservoir and it performed beautifully your able to Stand, Kneel, Sit and lie down fully extended and just Chill. I'll be out on mine every opportunity I get. Money spent on anything that gets you out and about exercising is money well spent. And it looks amazing too.

I purchased two boards from Dean and Cherie last week. I was unsure on size and had a budget in mind. I was able to call Dean at any time (which I did about 4 times) to make sure I was making the right decision. I don't usually write reviews, do surveys, etc. BUT just got my Bahama 10'6" and had to comment. The pics on the website do not do it justice - much better in real life! The deep gloss and finish are awesome. I bought unseen (live in rural WA) based only on what I could see on web. Though did know what I wanted as far as length, width, rocker, shape etc- this is my third SUP board and I am impressed. AND packaging was top notch too, not a mark after approx. 4000kms general road freight.

Love my board!! I was very lucky to be on the receiving end of a new Ride The Tide Bahama SUP for Xmas. Looks amazing, very stable (especially good being a newbie) and came with a Hibiscus Paddle all wrapped up in protective bag. Nice and light which makes it very easy to take from the car to the water. Definitely recommend!! Thanks
