Pre-orders are available on our website at all times. Please note when pre-ordering you are purchasing a product that is not yet available in our warehouse.
Pre-orders are easily identified under each product description on individual product pages and also clearly identified when selecting the size of your paddle board.
Pre-orders are available on our website when the product is approximately 6 to 12 weeks from being delivered to our warehouse. Times may vary due to manufacturing and international shipping delays.
Manufacturing and shipping delays have increased since the beginning on 2020 and still are an ongoing logistical issue worldwide, so please be patient with your pre-orders and with us as we continue to do our very best to navigate through this new normal in 2021.
When your pre-order arrives into our warehouse it will be shipped out to you as soon as possible in the date order it was placed on our website.
We ship pre-orders, once they are available in our warehouse, out to our customers by the date the order was received by us. We believe in a “first-order, first served basis” for fairness across all our pre-orders.
Pre-orders require full payment and no further offers or discounts apply to the purchase should they fall within the pre-order waiting and distribution period.

Regional areas vary state to state/postcode to postcode and are determined by our freight carriers.
Rural or regional areas may incur additional freight charges on top of our flat rate charges to your door.
Where your region is deemed to incur additional freight charges, we will contact you with your freight options and additional charges before delivery. You can then make a decision whether you’d like to proceed with your order, change delivery address to another party to avoid additional charges ie. A friend, relatives house or business address to collect from instead.

All orders must be signed for when received and inspected immediately for damage.
At Ride The Tide we offer full freight insurance on all our paddle board deliveries at no cost to you.
While we ensure our freight is carefully packaged to protect your beautiful new paddle board, mishaps can happen in freight.
NOTE: for your paddle board to be covered under our freight insurance WE MUST BE NOTIFIED STRICTLY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY TO YOU. Should you not contact us within the 48 hour delivery window, freight insurance WILL BE VOID.
IMPORTANT: if this purchase is for a gift – do not leave the unboxing until you are giving the gift. The 48 HOUR delivery window still applies to when the package is initially delivered to you. Leaving the package boxed and unchecked will VOID your freight insurance.

Should you NOT CONTACT US within the 48 hour period of damage and freight insurance is VOID, we can still assist with a solution. Our aim is to keep our customers satisfied with this part of your buying experience with us at Ride The Tide and eliminate as many inconveniences along the way.
For freight insurance claims we require photos of damage, photos of the box where the damage has occurred and full packaging including the box to be kept by yourself. Please contact us immediately with all information required via email to email@example.com with your full name, contact number, order number, photos of damage and photos of the box where the damage has occurred.

If you order online and select FREE pick up, let us know when you will be picking up your board in advance and we will have it ready to collect and ready to get into the water!
